SPECIAL EVENTS (for events requiring the entire facility, i.e. gymnastics)

- weekday rate - $400/hour
- weekend & holiday rate - $450 per hour
- entire facility rate - $3,500 (9-12 hours)
- half facility rate (25,000 square feet) - $1,800 (9-12 hours)
A cleaning/damage bond in the amount of $1,000 will be required. A 4
hour minimum is required.
*Custodial services will be charged to large events using the facility for 3 or more hours. Cost is $50/hr. |
CONFERENCE ROOM

Day Rate
- $150 per day (8 or hours max)
- $25 per hour
Groups are responsible for their set-up and clean up of the conference room. |
PARKING CHARGES
|
- Events - $5 per day
- Buyout rate - $1,500 per day
Parking charges apply to all major athletic and special events.

REQUIREMENTS FOR ALL RENTALS
|
- All rentals require a written contract
- 50% non-refundable deposit due at the time of facility reservation
- Certificate of Insurance of at least $1,000,000 naming Sol City and Alliant International University as additional insureds.
